Prior to joining the LINC team, Ashley was a 5th & 6th grade math teacher in Baltimore City, MD. She considers herself a pedagogical problem solving cheerleader for educators everywhere, helping teachers shift their focus from lecturer to facilitator of learning, and putting students at the heart of the classroom.
