In this episode, we highlight student voice by hearing from members of the Mason High School Inclusive Excellence Student Leadership Team. Make no mistake, this is a TEAM, not a club, who are supported by the Mason High School Administration Team. We discuss how and why this team was created, their goals, the projects they have been working on and some upcoming projects, including a conference! Through this work, students are understanding better who they are to better support inclusivity. Hear about how they are developing the leadership skills through their work that employers are seeking.
